Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support SAP HCM / SuccessFactors modules including Core HR, Payroll, Time Management, Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and other relevant areas.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into system design.

Configure, customize, and deploy SAP HCM / SuccessFactors modules as per client specifications.

Manage data migration, interface design, and system integration with third-party systems.

Provide training, documentation, and post-go-live support to end users.

Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and best practices during the implementation cycle.

Troubleshoot system issues, provide resolutions, and offer continuous process improvements.
